Appointment Insurance & Cancellation Policy

You will receive an email when you book an appointment online/in the clinic or over the phone. If you do not receive this please call the clinic on 07814009918.

All required information will be on the email sent to you.

When you book your first appointment at Peak Physio you need to complete the registration form on the link that was emailed to you the day you booked your appointment.

If at any point you feel uncomfortable, have any questions or would like your treatment stopped or changed please tell your therapist or if not urgent and you have concerns please inform clinical director Jane on jane@peakphysio.com.

Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or change your appointment. There is a £25 cancellation for all appointments that are cancelled or moved with less than 24 hours notice. The full appointment charge will apply if you do not attend your appointment without any notification to the clinic.

Please inform us by 8am at the latest on the day of your appointment if you are too unwell to attend. We appreciate as much notice as possible please.

How to cancel:

– Through our online booking system: https://peakphysio.connect.tm3app.com/book and then click ‘login’ within the top corner of the page. Click ‘my diary’, ‘ appointments’, ‘cancel appointment’.

(Please note: therapists’ emails and social media platforms are not for rescheduling or cancellations. This ensures nothing gets missed).

 

Please also note your reminder email for any upcoming appointments will come through at 7am the day before your appointment. This email can sometimes end up in the ‘junk’ email box and so please kindly add us as a ‘VIP’ to never miss communication from us.

We understand that sometimes plans change, and this policy isn’t personal – it’s simply to help us protect our therapists’ time and keep our diary running smoothly.

Patients using private medical insurance:

Please ensure you know the excess amount on your policy and the date your policy renews each year. This is different for every patient. It is your responsibility to pay Peak Physio Ltd for any treatments that are not covered by your insurance company.
