I’d just like to thank Emily and Lucy for everything they did to get me back up and running the last 12 weeks. I wasn’t given much more notice than that for a London marathon spot and it was a once in a lifetime opportunity that I couldn’t turn down. I somehow managed to finish the London Marathon in just over 6 hours. All plans and race strategy went out the window due to sickness the night before and during the race. Of all the things that went wrong and tested me, my ankle and tendon problems wasn’t one of them. It was the only thing that didn’t fail me on the day. 😂 I know people are just doing their jobs but they gave me the confidence to be patient, trust the recovery and don’t rush into too much too soon. Thanks for everything

I recently had treatment with Lucy, regular appointments where she assessed what was going on with my leg and provided a detailed explanation and course of action so I could still reach my goals. I’d recommend Lucy a thousand times over, really knows her stuff and can get you back in your feet in no time. 😊

Excellent Dynamic Stretch session today with Rosalind. My tight lower back and hip felt looser and more comfortable afterwards. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Rosalind is a very skilled practitioner. Thank you 😊

I highly recommend Peak Physio. Indi Davey has been fab treating me for recent multiple injuries following an accident I had. She's been super knowledgeable on a range of issues, helping me make good physical progress as well as helping me stay sane with insightful understanding and support for how it affected my mental health. In the past I have also been supported by Lucy Poole, and like Indi, found her to be very knowledgable in practical help that both covers the physical injury and beyond. Thank you.

Excellent treatment from Lucy on my calf injury and got me ready for my Grzzly run. Lucy was so understanding and very helpful.She knew exactly what to do to get me back running again.I couldn`t recommend her high enough

Indi Davey of Peak Physio in Exeter is amazing. I found her positive, focused on my needs, innovative in making sure every exercise helped extend me, motivating and included my wife so she could help me with exercises at home. She always gave me a full session and sent lots of exercises to practice at home. She adapted to my needs at the time of the appointment, analytically measuring progress, concentrating on exercises or massage, as appropriate, and even taking me up to the gym to ensure that I was going to use equipment properly after my injury. Apart from that, she has a really sunny, positive personality. Absolutely the best service I could have hoped for.

4 months ago i had a tear/pull in my left shoulder following a work incident. I was referred to PEAK Physio and had a full assessment which identified what was needed. 4 months later i am at 90% of the strength i had before and cant fault the service i have had at PEAK. Cant recommend them enough.

I have seen Indi Davey twice now and both time I’ve been so impressed. I came in with chronic pain in my left side and after one session that pain subsided drastically. After a second appointment the pain is basically gone, I’m so shocked after spending 2 months in pain from walking, it s great to be able to walk with 90% less pain. I have a 3rd appt coming up & as always am really looking forward to it! Indi is also a physiotherapist which is really helpful in my recovery too! I highly recommend peak physio & Indi Davey!
