Indi graduated with a BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy in 2019 from the University of the West of England. She proceeded to work in the NHS at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, completing core rotations and gaining a wide variety of experience. Indi then spent a year abroad working in a private practice in Australia, up-skilling in dry needling, manual therapy, vestibular, sporting and work-related injuries.

Indi is also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist with experience working for elite sports teams and multiple ski seasons.

Indi is a strong believer in optimising quality of life and not letting pain limit your potential. She utilises a variety of manual therapy techniques along with individualised exercise rehabilitation to optimise patients’ outcomes.

Post operative rehabilitation, lower back pain, neck pain, headaches, vestibular, postural correction, ankle injuries.

Running, wakeboarding, surfing, netball, gymnastics, snow sports

Work Experience

Absolute Health Chiropractic and Physiotherapy (Queensland, Australia) – treating sporting and work-related injuries. Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust – musculoskeletal, trauma and orthopaedics, fracture clinic, respiratory, care of the elderly, intermediate care and community Boutique Chalet Company – working as a massage therapist during 3 ski seasons. Sports massage for the international Japanese and South African rugby teams during the Rugby World Cup.
