The JC10k starts at Budleigh Salterton in East Devon and is a stunning all round 10km run, encompassing part of the Jurassic Coast footpath, river paths and rural tracks. This year it will be held on 15th of September 2012 at 11am. A must do race! Organisation MUCH better than some of the bigger events I have entered, great value, plus wonderful BBQ…Am planning next years holiday around this race! Our aim is to offer runners a challenging and picturesque route and to raise money for Cancer Force, a local charity based in Exeter. Link to the Jurassic Coast 10k website.

Trevor, who practices at Peak Physio, was been chosen from a large number of hypnotherapists across the UK to become Hypnotherapist of the Year.
