With over 15 years of experience and fully trained in Aromatherapy Associates, Clarins, Dermatological and Elemis, Jane can offer a wealth of knowledge and advice on Skincare. we are delighted that Jane will be introducing Aromatherapy Associates Skincare to Peak Physio and offering Luxury Facials to suite all skin types and ages, together with a full range of beauty treatments already on offer.

Hi, I’m Jane Newman, Clinical Director of Peak Physio  at David Lloyd Leisure, Exeter and welcome to our Autumn/Winter newsletter.

2012 is proving to be a very exciting year for Peak Physio.

Here are just a few highlights of the year to date:

  • Peak Physio providing post event Physio & Massage at various events in aid of the FORCE cancer charity
  • Jane working as a Physio for the Olympic Games (http://peakphysio.com/2012-olympics/) at the Olympic Stadium for the athletes
  • Dave, senior physiotherapist, working with the Welsh national football team travelling to international events
  • Claire, our very skilled massage therapist, is now trained in Lymphatic Drainage massage to compliment her wide range of massages.
  • Liz, senior physiotherapist, continues to be heavily involved in rugby and is now training the Under 7’s
  • Shelley, senior physiotherapist, is now fully trained in Pilates and offers 1:1 specialist sessions
  • Michelle, beauty therapist, offering a full range of beauty treatments from waxing to facials to aromatherapy massage.

Our range of therapies and services are available for both members and non-members of David Lloyd and our clinics run from Monday to Saturday, 7am – 10pm each day.

Whether you have an injury and require a short course of treatment, or need an extended rehabilitation programme with aquatherapy, or you’re just in need of some proper R&R, let our fully qualified friendly team get you back to full fitness and vitality.
