Kate is a qualified Careers consultant with over 16 years experience working as a careers professional, after gaining her professional qualification – the Diploma in Careers Guidance from the University of Central England in 1994. She is a member of the Institute of Careers Guidance and registered with the British Psychological Society for Occupational Testing (Ability and Aptitude).

Kate has worked with clients of all ages (from young people choosing GCSE subjects to high level executives) helping them to move forward and manage their careers. Recent projects, in addition to working with private clients, have included working with organisations to identify their business and recruitment needs, and designing and delivering day career focused “boot camps”!

Her passion is working with individuals to help them identify their goals, reach their full potential and achieve the career and lifestyle they choose.
